Scheduling your first dental appointment

Simply call our office or send us a note via our Contact page. We will be happy to schedule an appointment for you. When you call to schedule your appointment, our front office staff will request some basic information from you.

For your first visit, please be prepared to complete all insurance and health information forms that will allow us to begin your dental treatment.

The initial exam

Your initial exam will help us learn about your goals for your dental treatment and allow us to outline your existing dental problems and proposed treatment. Generally, X-rays will be taken in order to examine your jaw’s structure, tooth position and decay. Oral hygiene instructions and suggestions will also be provided at this appointment.

Appointments

We request 2 business days notice for changes or cancellation of your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and appreciate your cooperation.Failure to provide 2 business days notice may result in a charge.

Dental emergencies

Please call our office as soon as you determine that you have a dental emergency. We will be glad to work you in to our schedule if you have a dental emergency during regular business hours. After hours, over the weekend and during holidays, please call our office for the dentist’s emergency contact number.

Payment plans

We offer a low interest rate payment plan and also accept most major credit cards. We also offer interest free financing. We accept many types of dental insurance and will process your claim for you upon receipt of your co-payment.
